He is a creative investor who buys houses without money or credit and turns them into long-term investments. He has shared his knowledge and expertise through teaching seminars and classes, helping others achieve their financial goals through real estate investing.

As a full-time real estate investor, Scott has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, which he uses to coach and mentor other investors.
