Tereva Jacobson is crushing it in Real Estate. Based in Hawaii, investing locally and in Indianapolis, Tereva had a mindset shift after trying to balance family life, a growing dance business and a blooming W2 career. 

Tereva's real estate journey started by attending a seminar, prompting her to think about taking another path. Taking the decision to walk away from her W2, Tereva started wholesaling, learning Pace Morby's methods, and finding opportunities across the island. Growing into fix and flips Tereva's real estate career picked up when she started to hold herself to account, working with an accountability partner. 

Today Tereva has nearly 20 doors, blending Single Family Homes (SFH), Duplex, Triplex and Quadplex multi family properties. This portfolio is half directly owned, and half owned with partners!
